At our woodyard in West Sussex, our 2500m2 stock sheds hold a huge range of homegrown species. Timber includes Oak, Elm, Chestnut, Ash, Douglas Fir, Larch and Cedar in waney edge and square edge profiles. We offer timber selection services, welcoming customers to choose their wood from our extensive stock list. Our friendly, knowledgeable team is happy to assist and make it as easy as possible for you to buy beautiful quality certified timber products.
Sourcing exceptional timber for specialist woodworking is a particular feature of our service: it is at the heart of everything we do. Our fully equipped workshop provides bespoke machining services for wide boards, as well as cut-to-size (CTS), planed all round (PAR) and profile and moulding production for furniture, joinery and timber cladding.
English Woodlands Timber holds a Chain of Custody (CoC) for the PEFC and Grown in Britain certification schemes. We’re proud of our status as sustainable wood suppliers and actively promote and encourage the use of homegrown softwood and hardwood timbers from well-managed woodlands.
