Woodscanner is a Digital Business 2 Business marketplace that will openly connect our Members (Buyers) with our Partners (Sellers) providing a simple, efficient and hassle free way to acquire timber products.

Woodscanner Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 10915506 and our registered office is at c/o Hillier Hopkins LLP First Floor, Radius House, 51 Clarendon Road, Watford, United Kingdom, WD17 1HP. Our main trading address is Unit 4A First Floor The Old Printworks 25 Tapster Street Barnet EN5 5TH.

WoodScanner are neither a timber seller nor a timber agency and we accept no responsiblity for the payment, quality, delivery or pricing of products listed on our website. The timber products and prices are listed by our Partners(Sellers)- mainly Bulk Timber Importers, Manufacturers and Distributors. Therefore any orders placed by our members via the WoodScanner marketplace will be strictly subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Partners ( Sellers).

Terms

These terms & conditions govern your access and use of Woodscanner platform and together with our privacy policy constitute a legal agreement between you and Woodscanner Limited.

By accessing, downloading or otherwise using the Woodscanner platform you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to those terms and those of the privacy policy.

Registering on our Website

You must be 18 years old or over and must be creating an Account with us on behalf of a business. You warrant that all of the information you provide on registration is true and accurate. You confirm that you are authorised to create an account on behalf of the business.

You must create a password when you register and keep the password confidential. Any person to whom your username and password is disclosed is authorised to act on behalf of the business for the purpose of transacting for any services on the website. You will take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to the account. We have the right to disable any Account, user identification code or password whether chosen by you or authorised by us at any time if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to reject any registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You are obliged to notify us of any changes to your registration immediately.

If you provide false or incorrect information or do no notify us of changes to your registration information immediately, or if you breach any of these Terms of Use or the Terms for Sale of Goods and services we reserve the right to close your account immediately and without notice to you.

Our Role

We allow Our Partners ( Sellers) to list their products and services through the Website. We help facilitate enquiries and orders between buyer and seller, but we are neither buyer nor seller. Any enquiries or orders received by the seller will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of the seller or as agreed between the buyer and seller. We do not assume any responsibility or accept any liability arising out of or in connection with any enquiry or order.

When orders are received by the seller all further communication relating to the orders will be directly between the seller and buyer. The orders will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of the seller or as agreed between buyer and seller. The seller may provide credit facilities and credit terms in accordance with their credit control procedures. The contract for the purchase and sale of good and services is between seller and buyer.

It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely In particular, this website provides a service where potential buyers may (a) obtain information on sellers of goods and services, and (b) facilitate enquiries and orders (if any) between buyers and sellers for the provision of goods and services.
