Glennon Brothers Wins HAI Best Supplier Customer Experience Award

Glennon Brothers were selected from 150 Suppliers as the ‘Best Supplier for Customer Experience‘. This award was announced at the HAI Ball which was part of the Hardware Show in Citywest, Dublin.

According to the Hardware Association of Ireland (HAI), voters picked their favourite supplier based on a number of key criteria that included overall customer service, overall best representatives, how quickly problems were dealt with, and how quickly new stock arrived to customers when ordered.

Commenting at the awards, Mike Glennon said:

“To be honest we’re delighted to win this award, as providing excellent customer support and reliability to our customers is key. This HAI Award is extra special as it’s based on the ‘customer’s vote’, and I’d like to thank all our customers for acknowledging us and for their continuous support.”

Mike Glennon will be speaking at the UK Softwood Conference on Wednesday 6th March 2019. Mike will be discussing the future of Ireland’s timber market in a post-Brexit landscape.
