Voting has got under way in the TTJ Awards 2019 voted categories.
A new digital system is in operation this year to enable the widest possible voter reach in the various Awards voted categories.
Timber product buyers vote based on customer service and product quality received from their suppliers across categories including Softwood Trader of the Year, Hardwood Trader of the Year, Panels Trader of the Year, Joinery Product Supplier of the year, Structural Timber Systems Supplier of the Year, Small Timber Business of the Year and overall prize Timber Trader of the Year.
A new category for 2019 is Timber Merchant of the Year, which recognises the important and substantial role of independent builders’ merchants and timber merchants in the sale of timber products.
Voting is open to customers who buy timber products right down the supply chain from builders, specifiers, joinery firms, furniture producers, other wood product manufacturers, structural timber product/system fabricators, merchants, DIY retailers and distributors.
This year’s digital voting system can be accessed here.
“This year companies operating in the timber supply chain will have increased opportunities to spread the message of the Awards to their qualifying voter customer base via the online voting system,” said Stephen Powney, TTJ Group Editor.
An e-marketing campaign sharing the digital voting link in underway, while the link can also be accessed on the TTJ Awards website. Voting is scheduled to end on June 24.
